Real time in Data Studio
Any chance something can be added besides the refresh button in order to have availability to see real time reporting in GDS?
BTW: Thanks this tool is very helpful!

Besides the auto-refresh I have implemented, I guess there's little else that can be done. The real-time API is simply not available as a data source. In order to do something like this, someone would have to 1) develop a community connector for the real-time API and b) find a way to refresh the dashboard in real-time. This is simply not possible at this time.
The next best alternative is to use the Da Vinci feature to auto-refresh every 5 minutes.

Hi,
But how it auto-refresh works? As I can see - after the first refreshing there is no refresh anymore.

I'm fixing this in the next release, and improving the way it works. You will now be able to refresh every 2 (closest to real time...), 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes and it will show a countdown timer to the next update (and refreshes will continue indefinitely, until you cancel it). You will be able to toggle up/down in the list of options by using the left/right click.

This is improved in release 2018.10.20 - just click on the timer icon to toggle the values. As a bonus, there's now a countdown shown beside it, so you know how much time is left before the next refresh.
