GA: Breaking/Merging/Moving field headers

When looking at some reports the first column of metrics jumps/moves beneath other fields. Still sortable. The metrics are still where they should be.

Oh! I have made some changes to the heat map handling and this is certainly a consequence. If it too annoying, for now, you can go in Da Vinci Tools Options and disable "Heat Map" under GA Options. I will try to fix this promptly and release a new version.
